Help
Getting in touch with Wondertabs, step-by-step guides, signing in, raising a Support ticket, and where to find the terms and privacy notices.
Contacting Wondertabs
If you're a Wondertabs client, get in touch with your Wondertabs contact: the person you usually work with on your project or support plan.
Once you're signed in, the quickest way to reach the team is the Support page, if your company has a support plan with us (see below).
If you work at Wondertabs, ask the portal admin about access, roles or anything that isn't working.
If something in the portal is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader or zoomed in, please tell us the same way. We want to fix it.

Guides for Wondertabs staff and admins are listed here once you sign in.
Signing in
The portal is by invitation only. Your invitation email has a link that works for 7 days. If it has expired, ask your Wondertabs contact for a new one.
A code by email
- Everyone signs in the same way, Wondertabs staff and clients alike. On the sign-in page, enter your work email and choose Email me a sign-in code.
- We email you a 6-digit code. Type it into the sign-in page. The email says how long the code lasts.
- The same email also has a link to confirm sign-in in your browser. It opens a page with a Confirm sign-in button, and nothing happens until you press it. Use the code or the link, whichever is easier.
- No email after a few minutes? Check your spam or junk folder, then use Send a new code. Use the code in the newest email.
- Never use a sign-in link or code that someone else sent you.
Authenticator apps
- Some accounts (all admins, and anyone who has turned it on in their profile) also need a 6-digit code from an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password.
- The first time, the portal shows you how to add it to your app. After that, open the app and type the code it shows for Wondertabs Portal. Codes change every 30 seconds.
- Lost your phone or the app? Ask your Wondertabs contact (or, for staff, the portal admin) to reset it.
For your security you're signed out after 7 days without using the portal, and 30 days after you signed in.
Step by step: Your first sign-in and your profile.
Raising a Support ticket
If your company has a support plan with Wondertabs, you can raise a ticket for anything you need: something broken, a change, a question or access for a colleague.
- Sign in and open Support from the menu.
- Choose Raise a ticket.
- Give it a short title, choose what kind of request it is and how bad it is, and describe what's happening. We confirm the priority when we look at it.
- Choose Raise ticket. You get a reference such as SUP-1042, and the conversation continues on the ticket's page.
Never paste passwords or other secrets into a ticket.
Our emails only say that something changed (for example “New reply on SUP-1042”) with a link. Sign in to read the details.

Terms and privacy
Before you use the portal for the first time, and when they change, you're asked to read and accept the terms and privacy notices that apply to you.
Once you're signed in, you can read them again at any time under Terms and privacy in the menu. It also shows the versions you accepted and when.
