Raising and following a Support ticket
Asking Wondertabs for help, following the conversation, and confirming when it's fixed.
Raise a ticket
You need a support plan with Wondertabs. If Support isn't in your menu, contact your Wondertabs contact.
- Open Support from the menu and choose Raise a ticket.
- Check the Support space. If the form offers a list of systems, choose the website or app it's about, or leave it as Not sure, or not listed.
- Give it a short Title, then answer What kind of request is it? and How bad is it?. We confirm the priority when we look at it.
- Under Description, say what happened, where, and what you expected. Never include passwords.
- Choose Raise ticket. You get a reference such as SUP-1042, and the ticket's page opens.
Follow your tickets
- Support lists your company's tickets. Use Show to switch between Open, Resolved, Closed and All.
- A ticket is Received, then In progress. When we need something from you it says Needs your reply, and it also shows on Home under Waiting on you.
- The bell at the top tells you about new replies. Our emails only say that something changed (for example “New reply on SUP-1042”): sign in to read it.
Reply
- Open the ticket. The Conversation shows every reply, oldest first.
- Type in Reply and choose Send reply.
Confirm it's fixed
- When we think it's fixed, the ticket says Resolved – please confirm. Choose Yes, this is fixed to close it.
- Still not right? Reply instead, and we pick it back up.
- A closed ticket can't be reopened. If you need more help, raise a new ticket.
- Under How did we do? you can rate the help as Good, Okay or Poor, with a comment if you like. You can Change your rating for 7 days.
