Approving a quote, a sign-off or extra hours

Only the people at your company who are approvers on a project or support plan can answer. Everyone else on it can follow the decision and see the answer. If you think you should be an approver, ask your Wondertabs contact.

1. Open it from Waiting on you on Home, from the email we send you, or from the project's Decisions tab.
2. Under Your decision, choose one of the options. Wondertabs recommends marks the option we suggest.
3. Add a comment if you like, then choose Submit decision (or Sign off for a milestone sign-off). Your answer is recorded with your name and the time, and can't be changed afterwards.
4. Not ready to decide? Choose Request changes and say what should change.

1. Open the quote, choose the option you agree to, then choose Approve the quote.
2. Confirm it, as described under Confirming with a code.

When a month's support hours run out, Wondertabs may ask for extra hours.

1. Open My plan from the menu. The request is under Approval needed, with the reason.
2. Choose Approve and confirm it, as described under Confirming with a code. The hours are added to this month's allowance.
3. Or choose Decline, then Yes, decline. Non-urgent work waits until there are hours for it; critical (P1) issues are always handled.

Approving money needs a code from the last few minutes, so we know it's really you.

• Signed in with a code in the last 9 minutes (or typed one for another approval)? The portal says You confirmed with a code a few minutes ago, so no new code is needed. Choose Confirm approval. There's nothing to type. If more than 10 minutes have passed by the time you confirm, the portal asks for a new code instead.
• Signed in earlier? The portal asks for a new code: the one your authenticator app shows, if you use one, or a 6-digit code we email you (titled “Your Wondertabs Portal sign-in code”). Type it and choose Confirm approval.
• We can send one code a minute. If the email doesn't arrive, wait a moment, then choose Send a new code.
• A decision shows when the code was used, for example “Confirmed with a sign-in code at 14:02 (Sun 4 Oct)”.
