Following a project

Choose Projects in the menu. It lists your projects with their status, health, next milestone and lead. Choose a project to open it; the tabs below its name take you around it.

• At a glance shows the project's health, milestones, dates, Your lead and a Backup contact.
• Latest update is the newest note from your team, and Milestones lists what's planned and when.

• The Work in progress tab shows the tasks your team has shared with you, in four columns: Planned, In progress, Waiting on you and Done.
• Open a task to read it and its checklist. To ask or tell the team something, write a Comment and choose Add comment.

The Timeline tab shows the milestones and when they're due. Switch between Chart and List; the list says the same in words.

• Your team posts updates on how the project is going: health, a summary, next steps and risks. You get an email when one is posted.
• They're on the Updates tab, newest first. To reply, write a comment under the update and choose Post comment.

• The Decisions tab lists what Wondertabs has asked you to decide, and what was decided: Approving a quote, a sign-off or extra hours.
• The Files tab holds the files shared with you: Sharing files.
