Your first sign-in and your profile

1. Open the link in your invitation email. It works for 7 days; if it has expired, ask your Wondertabs contact for a new one.
2. On the You're invited page, choose Accept invitation.
3. We email you a 6-digit code, which works for 10 minutes. Type it into Sign-in code and choose Sign in.
4. If your company asks for two-step verification, the portal shows you how to add an authenticator app to your phone. Type the code it shows and choose Turn on and continue.
5. If you see Before you continue, read the terms and privacy notice and choose I accept. You then arrive at Home.

1. On the sign-in page, enter your Work email and choose Email me a sign-in code.
2. Type the code from the email and choose Sign in. Or open the link in the same email and choose Confirm sign-in. The code and the link work for 10 minutes.
3. No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, then choose Send a new code and use the newest email.

You're signed out after 7 days without using the portal, and 30 days after you signed in. More on codes and authenticator apps: Signing in.

1. Choose your name (or email) at the top right to open Your profile.
2. Under Your details, add your Full name and your Time zone, then choose Save details. Until you add your name, other people see a neutral label instead.
3. Under Email notifications, choose Straight away, Daily summary or Off, then Save email settings. Our emails never include message content, and sign-in emails always arrive.
4. Under Two-step sign-in you can choose Add an authenticator app, so signing in also asks for a code from your phone. Once you have one, adding or removing an app first asks for a code from an app you already use.
5. Your access shows your company and role. Ask your Wondertabs contact if something looks wrong.

• Lost a phone or used a shared computer? On your profile, choose Sign out everywhere, then Yes, sign out everywhere. It signs you out on every device, this one included.
